No Return Policy

At Crown Growth Hair Products, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item to facilitate a prompt resolution.

If your order has not been received, please contact Customer Service within 2 weeks after the expected delivery date for assistance.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and the cost of the product if it is not returned to the seller.
